NIA searches over 43 locations of SDPI for alleged involvement in Bengaluru riots

More than 43 locations of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) - the political wing of the Popular Front of India, were searched by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday, for their alleged involvement in Bengaluru riots. The locations also included four offices of the SDPI. During the raids, incriminating material relating to the SDPI and PFI besides weapons like swords, knife and iron rods, were also seized by the NIA officials.
