Farrukhabad hostage situation ends as police rescue all children safely; accused killed

Uttar Pradesh police late on Thursday successfully rescued 23 children held hostage by a murder accused in Farrukhabad. The children, aged between 6 months to 15 years were taken hostage after the accused had invited them to his daughter's birthday party. The captor has been killed in the operation.
