Twitter on Monday turned into a complaint box as commuters in Delhi took to social media to complain about the price surge by private cab aggregators. This comes in the backdrop of the odd-even scheme rolled out by the Delhi government on Monday, to deal with severe pollution levels in the city. However, the private cab aggregators denied the allegation and said the vehicles were available in plenty for commuters.
