A sword of arrest is dangling against Congress leader and former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, who has been missing ever after the Delhi High Court refused to grant him protect from arrest in the INX media case. Late on Tuesday night, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) put a notice at the gate of his Jor Bagh residence in Delhi asking him to appear before the investigation officer "within two hours".
